1. Scope of Services & Limitation of Liability

FreightPK provides a digital platform connecting shippers with carriers. We do not operate vehicles, transport cargo, or act as a common carrier. Services are executed by independent, verified third-party carriers.

IN ANY CASE AND UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL THE COMPANY (FREIGHTPK / HUMRAH FREIGHT) BE HELD RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR THE TRANSIT SAFETY, DELAY, LOSS, DAMAGE, THEFT, ACCIDENTS, LEGAL COMPLIANCE, OR DELIVERY STATUS OF ANY CARGO. SHIPPERS AND CARRIERS ENGAGE IN TRANSPORT AGREEMENTS AT THEIR OWN SOLE RISK.

2. Dispatch and Delivery Estimates

Estimated times of arrival (ETA) are guidelines and not guaranteed delivery times.
Factors such as traffic, weather, checkpoint delays, and road conditions may affect transit times.
Real-time GPS tracking is available on the platform during active transits.

3. Loading and Unloading Guidelines

Shippers and consignees are responsible for loading and unloading cargo, unless extra handling services are booked.
A standard free loading/unloading time of 2 hours is allowed.
Delays beyond 2 hours (demurrage) will be billed at PKR 1,500 per hour, payable by the shipper.

4. Packaging and Weight Compliance

Shippers must ensure all goods are packaged securely and suitable for road transport.
The weight and dimensions of the cargo must match the booking details. Overloading is strictly prohibited by law.
Carriers reserve the right to refuse transport if cargo is improperly packaged or exceeds weight limits.

5. Prohibited and Restricted Items

The following items cannot be booked for transport on FreightPK:

Hazardous materials, explosives, or flammable substances.
Illegal drugs, contraband, or counterfeit goods.
Weapons, ammunition, or military equipment.
Valuable items such as jewelry, cash, and precious metals without special declarations.

6. Delivery Verification

All deliveries must be verified upon completion using the secure One-Time Password (OTP) or digital signature provided to the consignee.
Signing or verifying the delivery constitutes acceptance of the goods in good condition, except for hidden damage reported within the dispute window.
